CUE Group, a digital technology company, was struggling with inconsistent websites that didn’t effectively represent their brand. To tackle this, they partnered with Bonsey Jaden for a website audit, brand analysis, and competitor analysis to create a unified, modern platform that truly captured CUE Group’s identity.

Design Process
Phase 1: Comprehensive Assessment
We started by thoroughly evaluating CUE Group's current website. This involved identifying inconsistencies in their information architecture and how their brand was implemented, pinpointing areas that needed improvement.
Phase 2: Content-First Design Approach
Working closely with Bonsey Jaden’s copywriting team, we prioritized content organization in the design process. This ensured the website was structured to present information clearly and creatively without overwhelming users.
Phase 3: Brand Icon Enhancement
Through extensive research into CUE Group's industry landscape, we identified opportunities to improve brand asset implementation. A key focus was integrating the CUE logo into the website to make a strong brand statement. We discovered that the umbrella-shaped logomark could be incorporated into various imagery. By selecting low-saturated images, we enhanced the red umbrella logomark's prominence, achieving a balanced visual contrast. Additionally, we developed a logo set representing the different industries and solutions CUE Group offers.
Phase 4: User-Friendly Micro-Interactions
To make the website more engaging, we included subtle animations and interactive media. These enhancements reduced the reliance on heavy text, making the user experience more dynamic and enjoyable.
Phase 5: Development and Testing
The final step was translating the design into a fully functional website. Our development team focused on ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers, optimizing performance, and securing the platform. Rigorous testing ensured the site worked seamlessly for all users.
Impact
This project gave CUE Group a fresh, cohesive digital identity that better reflected their brand. The new website not only improved user experience but also made their branding, especially the logomark, more prominent. The client was so pleased with the creative use of their logo that it became a central element in their social media, presentations (decks), and other materials.
