About
Loominate’s founders approached Bonsey Jaden with a vision to create a platform where workplace communities could share battle stories, vote on initiatives, and participate in bounties to foster a positive workplace culture.
The platform was designed to facilitate open conversations, incentivized collaboration, and a blockchain-enabled reward system, transforming organizations into places where employees bring their best selves to work.

Challenge
Creating a multi-device responsive design that catered to diverse user groups was a key challenge. Loominate’s ecosystem required separate experiences for general users, admins, and super admins, each with unique authorizations, features, and a differentiated color system. Additionally, we needed to ensure the integration of content-heavy feeds and an engaging reward mechanism while maintaining a user-friendly interface across platforms.
Design Process
Our design process was highly iterative and collaborative. At each stage, we worked closely with Loominate’s founders, discussing features, validating ideas, and incorporating feedback into the designs. This approach allowed us to refine user flows, ensure alignment with the platform’s vision, and adapt to evolving requirements, resulting in a product that met both user and business needs.
Phase 1: Mobile-First Design
We prioritized mobile-first design to ensure a seamless user experience on the most-used device. Once completed, we adapted the design for desktops and tablets, ensuring full responsiveness across platforms.
Phase 2: Multi-User Authorization System
The platform required two distinct user experiences:
General Users: Focused on engaging with the feed, voting, and collaborating.
Admins/Super Admins: Managed the platform with additional capabilities, features, and a unique color-coded interface.
This system ensured that each user type had intuitive access to their specific tools and functionalities.

Phase 3: The Feed
The Loominate feed was designed to handle highly customizable content. Users could personalize their feeds by selecting categories of interest, ensuring content relevance. This created a space for employees to voice hot-button issues, share passion projects, and collaborate on initiatives.


Phase 4: Rewards and Gamification
We integrated a blockchain-enabled reward system that allowed users to earn $GOOD tokens for engaging on the platform—whether by chatting, voting, or contributing ideas. This pseudonymous profile system ensured privacy while encouraging participation. Users could reward co-workers for contributions, fostering a supportive and positive community.


Final Phase: Ranking System
To further enhance engagement, we implemented a ranking system that recognized users’ contributions without tying it to their work emails. This ensured anonymity while promoting trust and collaboration within workplace communities.
