This project was designed during my tenure at Bonsey Jaden agency, in which I collaborated with Irene Wikanta (UI/UX Lead) and the video editing department.
Introduction
Talisman is an award-winning global agency redefining sports, entertainment, gaming, and Web3 partnerships across key industries and regions. With offices in Singapore, Shanghai, and Dubai, Talisman thrives on unparalleled storytelling that reflects the great brands and creative minds they work with.
Talisman approached Bonsey Jaden to create a cohesive brand identity, including a new logo and website, to solidify its position as a leader in its field.

Challenge
Talisman's existing brand identity lacked the technological emphasis necessary to distinguish it in the competitive sports marketing landscape. Additionally, its existing visual components, including an overly stark black-and-white color palette, made content readability difficult and reduced user engagement.
Design Process
Phase 1: Research and Strategy
We analyzed the sports marketing and data tech industries to understand Talisman’s brand objectives and differentiate it from competitors. Key considerations included:
Scalability and minimalism
Audience engagement
A fresh, eye-friendly primary color palette
Consistency across sub-brands (Sports Tech and Sports Marketing)
Phase 2: Brand Identity
We developed a flexible brand identity system, including a scalable logo that works across applications, from business cards to large displays. Secondary graphic elements and a decorative icon set were created to portray Talisman’s key sectors, such as e-sports and AI.


Phase 3: Presentation Slides
We designed presentation slide templates to enable Talisman to create visually appealing decks quickly, featuring predefined layouts for text, images, and other media.

Final Phase: Website Development
Using a low-code builder, we developed Talisman’s corporate website, optimizing the information architecture for user engagement. Adjustments were made based on client feedback, ensuring the design was aligned with the brand identity guidelines.


Impact
Talisman now boasts a cohesive brand identity and a modern, functional website that effectively highlights its technological edge. The brand stands out in its industry, resonating with both existing and potential clients.
